The following content is not fully accessible for the following reasons:
- Some PDF documents attached to enforcement procedures (expert reports, sale notices, orders) come from the Judicial Offices and may not be fully accessible via assistive technologies;
- Some images of properties from external sources may not have adequately descriptive alternative text;
- The interactive map (Google Maps) used for geographic search of properties has inherent accessibility limitations for keyboard and screen reader.
Accessibility measures adopted
To ensure the highest level of accessibility, the following measures have been adopted:
- HTML5 semantic structure with ARIA landmarks (header, nav, main, footer);
- Full keyboard navigation for all main functionalities;
- Color contrast compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA (minimum ratio 4.5:1 for normal text);
- Responsive design optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
- Alternative text (attribute "alt") for interface images;
- Labels associated with search and contact form fields;
- Focus visible for all interactive elements;
- Bilingual version Italian/English with correct "lang" attribute on <html> and localized content;
- Scalable fonts, fluid layout that respects user preferences for zoom up to 200%.
